Hi guys. sorry from my part, but!
Where is nonsence like "min 35% cargo storage" for constr ship or absolutely useless and absurd "civ ships may only have one weapon" or "tactics for civ ships must be evade"?
it REALLY annoys me cos I have the size limit and what the hell I cant do what I need in this limitation?
I remember a time when it was not and I was able to protect my ships and avoid stupid runaway from a feeble lone cutter.
Now I was looking in the guide and could not find a single word about this stupidity.
As if it was all right.
Help me please, I have to clean it.

HaHa. It sounds like you are about two weeks behind me in this experience. Yes, back in Legends or earlier it was easy to make those changes. Fast forward to Universe and things are much harder but not impossible. I removed the restriction of one weapon on civilian ships but haven't changed the other things yo are looking to change. The procedure is probably the same though.
Look in DesignWarnings.Ignite. That's the method that fires off the design warning messages. From there you can trace backwards to find the one you are looking for. For me it was as easy as changing a 1 to a 10 so my civilian ships can have up to 10 weapons now.

Hopefully in a newer version they can have those hard-coded values in a modable .txt file
