Undo button not consequently working

Hi Bill, Hubert,
During my games I've noticed that the undo button (ctrl + Z) isn't consequently working.
Just try to move the Scharnhorst Battle cruiser during turn one to the east and try to do an undo.
That won't work. Is this intended to prevent "free scouting" with ships, or is this a bug?
With land units i'm able to venture into unscouted territory and do a CTRL + Z.
Are there any rules for this to take into account?

Currently naval units cannot undo their moves... this has been the setting since we started SC3 and for the exact reason of free scouting with your naval units. With dynamic movement it was decided that not allowing an UNDO for naval units would be for the most part acceptable as otherwise it can get quite gamey.
For land units undo is still an option and only due to the general shorter movement distances and that free scouting is a bit more limited as unit and map density is more of a factor on land... even if still a bit gamey at times.

Thanks for the explanation. [&o]
Bill can you add this to the manual? (forgive me if it's already in there) [:D]

Request to make it an option for naval also. I play with Fog of War off, so gamey scouting is not an issue at all, but sometimes I've moved a naval unit accidentally to the wrong hex and then it is lost to the enemy. [:(] 'Oh but for an Undo Button, I could have saved the Bismarck !'
