So whats up with not being able to form atleast one of them up? I know one comes in late in the game, but what about the ones that didn't get disbanded until 43/44. That could help with this invasions of India.

They never existed except on paper one was in middle east and used obsolescent equipment and 43rd Indian Armoured was never even close to TOE when its Bdes were filched.
