Not Getting Any Email Notifications

Every time I post I ALWAYS select the "Notify me via e-mail when someone replies".
I haven't received a single email since 7/12 even though I've placed plenty of posts since then and have had plenty of replies. I checked my profile and it has the proper email address in it.
Can you tell me why this is happening and what can be done to correct it?
