Is there not a script for Finland to leave the war if the USSR is inside Finnish territory?

Germany has been pushed back to the Polish-German border.

There is, but it is tied in to a German Decision Event to pay MPPs to keep Finland in the war, so (assuming the AI is Axis) they may have spent the MPPs to do that?
