here's the error messages. trying to generate the 1st panzer division 42 campaign.

I think I know what's causing it (the reference to the Pak 36 Mobile), but if this is standard files, I'm not sure how it was introduced. I'll take a look.

Just an update. I haven't forgotten about this error. I did try several times to recreate it, but wasn't able to. However, looking at the files, I think I see why it doesn't fail consistently. I'm going to try making some edits to see if I can get it to fail consistently. If I can get it to fail consistently, then I should be able to fix.

I have still not been able to duplicate this error. I made some edits to make sure that the Pak 36 Mobile units was included in the Core force, but it still created the campaign successfully.

I'll try checking a few more things.

Could you check the dates on a couple of files?

One is in the .....\Panzer Command Ostfront\Data\Battles folder and the file name is: German Winter 42 (Defend) - 1st Pzr Div.xml

The other is in the .....\Panzer Command Ostfront\Data\Infantry folder and the file name is: German 37mm PaK 36.xml

The dates should be as shown below in the screen shot.
