rule change imo needed, no new member to be able to edit there posts until after 2 weeks membership, this way, idiots can't spam, as they need to edit there posts so it doesn't look like junk to start off with, which is why they or how they get around it

imo don't give them the ability to get around the stuff you already have in place, as when posting you can't add some txt as a new member or others for that matter, but you can once editing, so remove the option and lesson the spam[>:]

Is there a way to get round the spam forum rules (like being flagged as 'not a bot' manually)? Because I have my mod for WitE uploaded and ready, but forum rules prevent me from posting a direct link (or example images). Not to mention nagging about not being allowed to post (non-existent) phone numbers for one reason or the other... I've finally been able to save by bug report, but it took me more than 10 tries to do it.

I've already PMed Denniss to see what he can do from his end (as we're both members of the CORE for Arsenal of Democracy modding team). But it is a bit of a hassle. On the plus side, 5 more posts to go and a 7-day delay to get around the problem, apparently. [8|]
