I have run into an odd event. It has happened several times, seemingly semi-random.[&:]

While moving Italian troops in Libya (pre-Italian DOW), the map shows an overlaid area (see picture). Some times it is just a double exposure, but on 2 occasions, when the screen cleared, 1 or 2 Italian units had moved (not by me) into the Gulf of Sirte. (I was able to move them back to dry land).[X(]

Not sure if this is a bug you are already working on, or what information you need. Please advise. [&o][&o][&o]

This happened to me once in maybe 40 hours of gaming. What I found in that circumstance is they weren't actually in the sea, but just appeared to be. I can't remember if I zoomed in and out slower to remove the artifact, or if I ended turn and they were put back in right place.
