Test your psychic ability ! In the shot, sub at location 'X' was discovered by the moving CV. Highlighted BB moved up and attacked, causing the sub to dive. Can you guess the sub's new location ?

Using the darkened CV as a reference point, did you guess 2 hexes north ? If so, you may be psychic !

Let's try again, just to be sure you weren't just lucky. This time the sub was in the hex northeast of the BB. Where did it dive to ?

Of course, I'm just having some sarcastic fun here, but the point is that I think I can see where the subs are moving to most of the time.

No, he pointed out the the hex under which the sub has been hidden is slightly darker than the other hexes, therefor you KNOW where the sub has moved to.

The hex suddenly get a deeper fog of war status, and with that you can understand where to look at. The brighter blue are hexes which have been cleared from Fog of War during your own turn. Suddenly, right after a sub escaped, a hex gets uncleared again.

Psychic AI ... DASTARDLY !!

I am furthermore psychic. Is it not possible to switch off the dark colouring of the background for dived submarines? Nevertheless, up to the effect of the surprise contact (...and here only the poor submarine might be surprised) the alarm diving becomes usually pointless, right?

Unfortunately, I do not have a save of this turn. [8|] But this might be rather a general setting of the behaviour for submarines. Could you report this bug informal to Hubert?

The bug is repeatable, I was able to locate enemy subs once they had dived, cleared fow hex becomes shrouded and that is where the sub has dived to/retreated.
