Why is there no supply level in Libya?

Not active yet. I don't like it either.

Because you can't move there. Let me guess: it is probably still peace between the UK and Italy, correct?

But the question is legit. Peace or war, the supply calculation should be shown for all hexes.

I could move the Italian units in Libya, no problem.
I would like to have an idea of supply within controlled terrain.
