I have come to notice that once a fortification has been built by the engineer unit, if you want to expand it another side of the hex the game doesn't allow you.
Can this be change so it is permitted to expand fortifications, a mistake with the sides to be fortified ,made me notice this.
The side pointed with the black arrow is the one I'd like to fortify but the option to do show with the engineer is grey out.
