Regular Construction Battalions in FBD units

These do not appear to affect the RRV. All other construction types do.
This is on .08.

Their impact is so small (they don't get multipliers and they are tiny), you won't notice it unless you add a few of them to get just one point of RRV.

It appears that RAD detachments are 2 RRV, RAD groups are 4 RRV. O.T battalions are 2. Rd const. battalions are like construction battalion at the virtually nill level.
