Hello,
There is a Panzerwerfer 42 in Third Kharkov and Zhitomir.
The problem is that we can move it only of one space at the same time (???).

Here is in comparison the Wurfrahmen 40 :

this is due to the new rules for the different tracks of the vehicles on the Eastern Front. In sceanrios with snow they get up to 3 points of penalty.

But i seems a bit harsh on the Panzerwerfer. Maybe we should think of roads helping more than they do now.

There is the same problem with the Wespe Sd.Kfz 124.
The Wespe Sd.Kfz 124 and the Panzerwerfer 42 move forward with great difficulty in Zithomir. Zithomir cannot be won without mobile artillery.

I tried to understand how the game calculates the cost of the movement in winter.
Here you can see an example with the T-60 :


So this tank can move only of two hexagons (5+5=10, max movement point=14). I cannot use this tank in this scenario in winter. It causes problems in the scenario that I am making.[:(]
The movement penaltie with snow is too high.
