All of you guys who want a house rule regarding the defense of the Svir in the early war.
Should there be a house rule covering the defense of Leningrad late in the war?

Why are the condensed rules not pinned in the forum or part of the update when you download the patch? They for sure deserve it.

Even for version 1.8.9
