Hello,
Wurfrahmen 40 & Panzerwerfer42 are available only in formation of Battalion. Others are available at least in formation of Battalion and Regiment.
Is it an omission ?

Hi terminator,

this was intentional to reflect the real existing formations for each equipment.

So if the Germans did not form Panzerwerfer Divisions, they are not in the game.
