Replacements et al -- small idea

Hi,

For SS:
Was just wondering about the effects of replacements in campaign games. When purchasing replacements(so to speak)to rebuild units/sub-units might be a nice feature to have a rule that if replacements > xx% of original estab then training level drops by 1 level e.g.. from elite to veteran etc. and possibly lower morale as well.
Something along those lines.....

We are already talking a bit about using a force pool, training, morale, and readiness hits, field repairs, and a few other odds and ends. Once we get the core game engine going we do want to really want to revamp the campaign play.
