Anyone have this happen? Don't believe it has to do with readiness or supply. Can move units but no combat.

Did you check the weather condition?

Been unable for 2 months now...UK is able to bomb my forces just fine.

I have also noticed this, but not consistent enough to make a report, but still thought I would chime in.

I have experienced cases where my UK Carriers cannot make air strikes on naval or air units within range, when they have not moved.

Yes, that too. Suggest we all pay attention to this and save a file to send to H&B so they can have a look [after we post a screen shot and explanation here]. I'll pay more attention [:)]

And it's not theatre wide...German bombers in France won't anymore but my Italian and German ones in Africa do.

If it's not due to the weather over either the launching or targeted hex then it does sound like a bug.

Is it just Bombers, and not Fighters too?

OK I think I was having this too but I chalked it up to not understanding something about carrier air wings. I'll pay close attention to this in the future. I'll do separate game save files so if I can reproduce it I can post it for better examination. But when I experienced it, I was trying to strike naval units with carrier aircraft and there was no option and I hadn't thought they'd moved, and was certain they weren't involved in escort/interception that turn or the turn before.

Literally different weather conditions thru out a 5 month span. There was nothing to add as far as weather. 2 medium bombers and 2 tactical bombers couldn't target a strike, only move. Can add a save file for others to check out.

Anyone was able to reproduce with 1.00.10? So far, I have not found it.

I'm still on 1.09 [almost finished], but the few times I noticed this, it was due to the weather.

I have not noticed this issue a single time since I've been trying to make it happen. sPz is right on and at least before the last couple hotfixes the rain can be very difficult to see in some circumstances Mediterranean. See this thread for just how hard it can be to notice between regions:
