Hide/Show upgradeable units - should not show "potential" values

Right now Hide/Show Upgradeable Units does not function like Hide/Show Reinforce-able Units. The latter shows you what can be reinforced - but still shows the real value. But the other option messes up the player (me at least) because it shows potential values and not the real values like hide/show Reinforcement. Besides the lack of continuity, here's why I think it's imperative this be changed (feel free to agree/disagree with me fellow beta testers).
I'm Russian and taking on the German tanks East of Warsaw. There's a lot of tanks and most of mine were brought in minus upgrades as it was more cost effective at the time, plus I didn't invest in research til very late. I'm trying to upgrade what I can each turn, but there are limits due to money, supply, and enemy proximity. I have show/hide upgradeable on all the time now, then go to do my attacks. I'm attacking just fine with some tanks (they are at L3) and then boom, 4 tanks in a row take insane damage or blow up. Argghhhh! For the billionth time this game I forgot to toggle hide/show upgradeable units and those tanks I thought were L3, were actually just pathetic L0 tanks.
So I would love to see hide/show upgradeable units do exactly what it says: Just show you what values can be upgraded and not the "potential" values. Otherwise I have to click hide/show values way too many times per turn and when I forget, I pay the price. And I think it makes sense to have it work the same way the reinforcement toggle works too.
