The max strength for a brigade is 10 not 11. This bug has no consequence : when the cursor is on 11, the strength is 10 in the game.

Another small bug is the impossibility to settle exactly the resource with the cursor for high values.
I have to reopen the file scenario with Notepad++ and correct the value of the resource.

indeed this annoying but its seems there is no fast or easy way to change this so we will have to live with that.
