No Ligny Scenarios Listed after Purchasing New Expansion

After obtaining code and installing expansion, the scenarios still says coming soon.
I have re-installed, verified cache, and restarted Steam.
I have also disabled all mods, but no scenarios are in Ligny.
Quatre Bras scenarios are there.
I also noticed that no files downloaded upon installation, prior to reinstalling.

exit steam and then restart steam then

Also reinstalled...

when you uninstalled, did you clear the folder out? so no mods have been left over? just in case?

Having the same problem on 2 machines.
One running Win 10 the other 8.1.
Both on Steam.
No Prisoners

In the game property of steam library it is listed between the DLC?

I use Revo Uninstaller and all items were deleted, I manually verified...

I noticed when reinstalling that it immediately states Ligny is installed as the installation starts and Quatre Bras is not reflected installed until installation complete.

(Ligny), but Quatre Bras and standard game plays on the reinstall?
can you now Verify Integrity of Game Cache on this new version and see if it does anything to make it play, if not i'll have to leave you in mitra76 hands or pass you on to support, as i have nothing else or can't check either as not installed here so not seeing the same thing, only base game atm i'm sorry to say.

Verified Integrity and the same result. Base game and Quatre Bras are playable, but Ligney states Coming Soon!

Definitely something seems to be wrong. I've reported the issue to production, they will look into this tomorrow morning (GMT).

just a note, I installed the Matrix version (not steam) and the Ligny scenarios show up fine.
