I have been watching the videos on youtube. one of the videos show a player going for a total conquest of France. I was wondering why there is not a convoy route from southern France to North Africa?

North Africa is part of France at this stage, so it would simply represent the transfer of MPPs within French territory, whereas convoys have to run from one country to another.
