Officer with portable weapon(ATRifle and LMG) can fire in the game but
Officer with portable weapon(Panzerfaust and Panzerschreck) can't nor in
defensive fire nor in fire segment.

Well, the primary role of a Leader is really to direct fire. However, having said that; I have fixed this bug for UPDATE2...thanks Rico21

True, but many options allow many rich scenarios design.
