Index for the Manual

There's a lot of useful information in the game manual. And the fact that it's on the long side is a good thing.
But in this incarnation (as well as the earlier incarnations for the previous SC games) what you want to look up can be a bit hard to find without reading through half the manual.
This may be more the case with the older SC games than this one, but I remember that it was very frustrating to find that to really understand how something worked you often had to look at two or three different passages in the manual. At the very least you wanted to compare the description in the rules to the extended example of play.
Is there going to be an alphabetized index listing the various topics and the pages in the manual that discuss them?
You may already have list-making capability buried away in whatever program you used to write it.
