Looks like a fun remake of the old ASL classic

Not the best place to stop a tank!

German turn 1 MPH: A little too aggressive, running these stacks in the open...

Heavier commitment by the Germans in the south than expected!

Tough decision after seeing German MPH turn 1 --- withdraw up here, or stick around?

Forget withdrawal! I'll try an aggressive CC attack on the tank outside of its CA (Brit turn 1 MPh). I did send one 458 back to reinforce the central hill -- barely in the picture

BT1 DFPh -- surprise German artillery strike hits his own tank and immobilizes it..... hmm is this like ASL with residual attacks for atty? I'll find out because CC vs immobile tank is (at least in ASL) more effective

BT1 CC attack is a failure and later I am hammered by his second strike of atty -- this is situation at end of Turn 1

CC attack (sorry wrong order here). The leader failed his PAATC. result Cas reduction on me, and no effect on the tank. Melee!

GT2 MPh -- on top of that, aggressive German moves into the village using tanks as cover! Impressive AI here:

In the south though, the German commander is once again moving stacks in the open, which get pulverized:

GT2 DFPh One tank knocked out through all the brush hindrances, good shooting. Since one other tank is immobilized and out of position, half of the tank force is dealt with now:

Start of BT2 -- things are grim in the north and middle, holding firm in the south

BT2 final positions -- manage an orderly withdrawal in the north -- very precarious up there
