I didn't see anything in the patch notes, and I am only looking at Germany, as I have the cost memorized. Tank groups and armies have gone from 50MPP to 75MPP per unit, and Corps cost has gone from 30MPP to 45MPP. Is it some correction the upgrade is costing 1.5 times the previous amount?

In SC2, armies cost the most, tank group cost the same as corps did.

It only applies to Germany, and their Mobility costs were set above everyone else's in earlier versions, but somehow this was lost so I reinstated it at some point in the recent past.

The cost of upgrading is relevant to the original unit cost: 20% or 30% for Germany given their oil problems.

thank you, Bill. That makes a lot of sense, and it was a bit too easy to motorize the German Army. Now it fits closer to history, and how you must focus the motorized units and keep enough hay to feed them horses!
