I have windows 10 version 1607
After I clicked "play command modern air naval operations" on the launcher, it just freezes at the loading screen with the ship launching a missile, waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened
Uninstalled Nahmic, didn't work
Disabled steam overlay, didn't work

Did you work through the command not launching stuff in the strings above?
If you disable your AV does it run?

I have installed all the prerequisites, installed newest video drivers, deleted command.ini, still nothing happens
I have the steam version so it is always the newest version
My antivirus is always off

You may want to try verifying the files. Instructions for that here:

Alternatively try reinstalling the whole thing.

What do you see in the Task Manager? That is, after hitting control - alt - del when Command stops at the splash screen?

Do you see any message under Command in task manager like "not responding"?

If I try to click on the loading screen then it shows not responding
If I don't click on it, then it doesn't

Still doesn't work
Running both in administrator mode
If I run through steam it freezes as usual
If I run from the file when steam is on it tells me that steam client is not running

No, just a regular English version

When you fire up Command and it crashes is there any relevant crash / exception event on the event log?

Nope, it just freezes forever
No crash log or anything
If I click on the loading screen then it tell you that the program is not responding

Tried already, still doesn't work

Attach a DxDiag report file to your post.

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8/10 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8/10)
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your message

Please try to disable all background programs in case these are interfering with the normal running of the game.
You can do this by running msconfig and disabling all non-windows start-up programs and services (except those related with Steam).
Then once you have disabled all non-Microsoft services, please run the game and see if the issue persists.
If it does not, please then reopen msconfig and re-enable those services, one by one, until you find the program causing the problem.
