Order of Battle - Battle of Britain scenario

Where is the Battle of Britain scenario download? Is it still available?
For getting the Battle of Britain you need to do the following:
1. Run the game
2. Click on the crate in the upper right corner
3. Select the Battle of Britain mod and click on Install button
