USA was at war with me from 1941 due to Sealion.
I didn't attack USSR till summer 1942 and then I got the message that they were shipping to Vladivostok. Japan was at war. Should that have happened?
Did the USA actually still ship to Vladivistok during the Pacific War? I don't know.
