Are there any plans to create a gold edition that would contain the game and every add-on?

The Artistocrats are rolling out new campaigns pretty fast, so I guess it will take a long time before you can get a package with 'every' add-on.
A bundle with say 3 campaigns of your choice would probably not hurt sales though [;)]
