Try to download Game.

After reading that the game was going to beta. I thought I would try the old one but everytime I try I get page can't be found is it no longer available.

I DLed ToS 1.4 from the freeware site a few days ago, to keep it here at work, and I didn't have any trouble with it. It should work for you, too.
