Is WITPAE Windows 10 compatible? And does it run in full screen with no problems? Thanks in advance.

Yes, but you need to set some switches on the shortcut to the War In The Pacific Admiral Edition. exe file (NOT the Autorun.exe file).

It works great here. Only issue was a LONG delay when moving the screen, button pressing, ect. It was fixed with -deepColor spelled exactly.

yes it is and no flaws at all
try this command line :
"C:\Matrix Games2\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -fd -px2560 -py1080 -r -skipVideo -cpu2 -deepColor –multiaudio –dd_sw -altFont -archive
please replace px2560 -py1080 with the resolution of your screen
