File size is now o bytes and I'm not able to restore it to a previous version. Of course this has been a long turn and I was near the end of it. Is this one hosed?

unsure of the term, if you mean has it gone, then yes unless you have a pre turn to go back on and play the round / turn again

just check the save game folder where ever you installed the game to, so matter's little if it's steam or site version, both is in the same game folder

Yes by hosed I meant, is the file irretrievable?

I figured that I was going to have to revert back to a previous turn but I just wanted to check just in case. Fortunately I do save a new file for each turn so my game is not lost completely. Thanks.
