Well going to play game everything is okay till game loads the scenario. Then just get blank white screen. But all the tooltips are there.I am using windows 10.

have you loaded all the pre requaistes that come with the game, to double check this go into the game folder and look for redist folder and run all, if it still doesn't work, re post with a report and what version your using, patch number your using etc

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8 )
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments (zip) rather than pasted into the body of the post.

Does this happen in all three games? If so, look in the ME folder, and zip up engine.log, error.log, and frontend.log, and post here, or email them to me, they will hopefully tell us what is going on. Also, did you run the latest Microsoft redistributables?

I'm wondering if it isn't the game installation location? You have it in E:\Matrix, whereas mine is in C:\Games\Matrix Games\John Tillers Campaign Series\ Modern Wars Volume1\Campaign Series Middle East - 101. Now, while you don't need a string that long, mine is because I have multiple installs, it should at least be-E:Matrix Games\Campaign Series Middle East. When you were installing, and you wanted it in E drive, I think you wanted to just switch E for C, prretty sure it likes a nested directory, could be wrong, but worth a try maybe?

logs are full of errors, seem a bad install to me, but lets see what the developers find or say

Yes with the default directory.

This is for a different game, but do you by chance have Nvidia graphics card? (Substitiute the Dark Souls with ME.exe)

1) Right-click on your desktop, then open NVIDIA Control Panel
2) Head to "Manage 3D Settings" > Program Settings > Select Dark Souls (darksouls.exe), or add it if it isn't there.
3) Select the preferred graphics processor for the program: "Integrated Graphics"

Then the game launches properly.

4) In the menu PC Settings, change it to Fullscreen and select your resolution
5) Quit the game

Open NVIDIA Control Panel again and this time select High-performance NVIDIA Processor and you're done.

Enjoy 1080p goodness!

Thanks for the help, but I was having other issues with computer. Reload windows and game is working now.

Yes, the log files were indeed reporting a succesful me.exe exit.

FYI: Our logs are very verbose, and there's often a logic where the game looks for a certain specific version of a graphics, and upon not finding it reverts to a generic version of the said tile. So what you saw is quite common for CS series of games [:)]
