Okay, I have a new laptop and it came without a CD/DVD drive.

The question I have can I hope the entire disk onto a computer with said drive than USB the entire contents onto my laptop via USB cable?

yes, just make a image and then image the usb thumb drive, if you can't get it to work, then contact support, and they will be able to sort out a download for you
