Game Manual

I'll start off by saying how great the manual is in it's quality and depth! Best I've seen with a game. So nice to be able to read a manual without using a magnifying glass to do so!!!
Two constructive comments about the manual.
First is the lack of an index. This is the one glaring omission in an otherwise great effort. For instance when I had an issue with an amphibious assault against Malta, I had to page through several different chapters to see if I could find the topic.
As a fix I would propose that the Developer create an Index as a PDF like and post it to the site. I think this would be a relatively "easy" fix that I do understand will take some staff time to create. However it would go a long way in improving the quality of the product for your customers!
The second item is more an observation about how the numerous events are listed. For me, I would have liked to see all the Events listed by timeline rather than country. That is the headings for them would be by year and month; 1939-August, September, December 1940-February, April etc.
Again kudos for a great manual overall!
