I would like to have it too, but it is too much expensive to have it shipped in Italy; 15$ for the manual plus 35$ for the shipment is over priced.

£30 shipping does seem a bit extreme - I think most people would sacrifice some speed of delivery for a lower shipping cost, surely there are some reliable cheaper, but less express shipping options available?

Can anyone provide me a picture of the manual sent in the boxed version? Wondering if it is full color and looks like the picture on the main product page? Thanks

The problem is not the cost (15$), but the shipping charge (35$) to have it in my country.
Really I would like it very much but I don't want to pay 50$ for it.

The shipping may be high, but for what it is the book is el-cheapo. For a large size hard bound color book, $50 is very reasonable.

Yes it is an installation cd, with your serial # and name on it. Also forgot to mention that mine came with bubble wrap, which is easily worth any perceived extra expense [;)]

Nice Thanks so much for the information. My opinion the game is worth $60 US alone, so I'm not concerned with the total investment of $75 US for everything! Well worth every penny! [:D]

The cost of 50 bucks (including shipment) is just for the book. I've already paid 40 bucks for the downloaded version of the game. So that the total is 90 $ if I want to have the complete set.
