After the Allies invaded Algeria the Axis were asked if they want to occupy Vichy (with the possibility of not gaining the Toulon Fleet). I said No and Vichy joined the Axis--yea! No Toulon Fleet appeared--boo If the Vichy French were really upset to join common cause with Germany, you would think they would bring their small fleet along also.
