DPI is only used or needed if you have a none default DPI in windows 10 eg higher than the standard 96DPI
run as admin again is not a dupe, it's to give a higher level of UAC and also gives the game longer for some processes

games works straight out of the box with latest updates / patch's applied, works in windowed mode and supports up to 1920x1080, but if not in a window can cause some issues alt tabbing in and out so best find one that suits your screen size, for me my default is 1920x1080 so went down a bit a selected windowed mode and altered the settings shown
