Hey guys...I have Red Storm Player's Edition that I bought on Steam. Now I see that Matrix has the Germany Reforged DLC on sale for $9.99. Its $19.99 and is not on sale at Steam. If I buy Germany from Matrix will it work with the version of Red Storm that I bought on Steam?

Tom, I'm not sure why they are different in cost right now. Matrix usually has the cost in sync. That being said, if you buy the game on Matrix you can register it on Steam with the code that comes with the game. The other direction does not work. What I need to verify with Matrix or if someone knows, is if that code allows the content to download and work like any other Steam app. I'll find out and let you know.

Hi guys - anything you order from us that is available on Steam will come with a Steam key. It is completely cross compatible so it will work for you.

We do not synch our prices with other sites as this becomes a logistical nightmare so we have our own sales at our own times. Steam sale only lasts a week but ours lasts till January. Hope that helps!

OK, I just purchased "Germany Reforged" from Matrix. It downloaded fine but when run the .exe it says I do not have Red Storm installed. I do have Red Storm (from Steam)installed - been playing it for months. Exactly how do I get the Matrix download to recognize my Steam game?
