Fix Font bleed?

Is there any way to fix this? I have tried full screen/windowed stretched or not etc etc..this is annoying. It pops up all over the game in these windows..city boxes etc

Can I resize that popup window within the game window?

You can resize fonts. I mentioned it in your 4k thread
Indeed running in 4K might have issues with font sizes. It is possible to adjust fonts in the game by editing dat\WitwFontConfig.txt. (editor manual 7.2 page 42).

Cn I resize that entire "window"? So would I have to shrink the font size to stop the bleedover correct? Thanks for your patience with this. Oh, and are these "general game" font? Or what are they labeled as?

You can reduce font size in windows (set it to 100%)
Alternatively you can reduce fonts in WITW config file. Iirc, fonts are matching those in WITE as described here -
