To start off with I have the latest update. I was playing the scenario "War of Rats" with the Squad Leader mod. I played the scenario twice and when I used the flamethrower it crashed the game both times. Now it might be that when I use it a second time the game crashes. I know that I used it at least once without the game crashing in the first game and possibly the second game. So there is a bit of a clue.

Are you running the 1.0.52 update? If yes, Can you provide a saved game file with the flame thrower issue ?

running 52 and FT crashes me too. didn't get a save either.

Can you say in which Segment this occurs?

If you select the Flame Thrower with officer or unit;
Error message appears and if you then do not select the Flame Thrower alone;
Error message appears again and again and blocks the game.

When firing with Flame thrower support weapon, only the FT support weapon can be selected alone, meaning no units or other weapons. What's causing the problems?

1-you select unit
2-you press ctrl
3-you select FT

Just select a single FT and you will be fine...

This just in...

Now playing Genesismwt's scenario "Among the Ruins" as the Americans.

The American flamethrower worked fine, no crash happened. I have the new patch 1.052 installed and all seems well.
I selected the flamethrower with no other units and cooked a German FJ squad.
