The PDF contains their assessment of Russian current (and near future) capabilities for 3 main missions, operational-strategic joint inter-service combat operations (JISCOs), stand-off warfare and strategic deterrence.
Includes Land, Naval, Air and Nuclear forces.

Lots of maps and orbat listings.

Very interesting analysis, especially the part with opinion polls.
