The game has been launching fine since I bought it last week. Today I got the following message. I restarted my computer but am still getting this message.

Look into your \Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe folder for a sc3.ini.

To try to solve the problem delete the sc3.ini. It will be recreated when the game is launched.
