Is there any way to disable the mouse pointer scrolling the map?
Using two monitors the map always scroll to the edge which is annoying.
I'd prefer using just arrow keys for scrolling.

Have you try the new beta, that version works a lot better on a multi monitor setup.
I have doing some testing with "windows.txt" file:
windowed_mode=on
windowed_mode_w=3660
windowed_mode_h=2140
