surprise paradrop

A minor country is attacked by para drop in a surprise impulse. Should the notional value be 0 or I. Is the para drop notional value in addition to the normal notional value in the hex.
Good news! As I played on the game corrected itself and the paradrop odds were as expected. I guess it’s only the “hovering” calculation that is screwed up somehow. No bug, no problem.
Oh, what happened here is that the "hover" function prior to paradrop was showing the odds including a notional factor that shouldn't have been included. But, when combat was resolved, the notional factor was 0 as anticipated. So, only the preview was wrong, not the actual combat resolution itself. I guess you could say it was a tiny bug, but inconsequential really. Pete
