Axis Luftwaffe Focus after Turn 1?

Hi,
my pardons if this question has been asked already. I couldn't find any thread giving a satisfactory answer here so far. So here goes:
How should I (Axis) use the Luftwaffe after Turn 1? During Turn 1 I set the air docrtine to 10% and bombed his airfields galore.
But what should I do now (Turn 2)? Bomb his airfields again? Or his units? Do supply runs?
Please advise as I'm a relative noob.
Cheers...

After T1 is not worth bombing Soviet airfields. One exception can be if you will overrun an airbase you can first bomb it to damage planes. Damaged planes are destroyed when airbase is overrun.
From T2 you can manually bomb hexes with strong defense you want attack by ground forces to increase fatigue and damage elements. Also use airforce for ground support.

From what i see in my current game :
Very usefull and cost efficient :
- Ground Bombing 2 times a hex, before a ground attack.
- Occasional air drop and air ressupply of front line units, which are low of ammo or fuel.
Very usefull but can cost some planes :
- Direct ground support during battle.
Very usefull but can cost A LOT of planes :
- Air interdiction of ennemy movement during major offensive.
Usefull :
- Interception of ennemy raid with good fighters
Others actions are more situational.
With patch V1.09.01, airfield attack do a surprising low ammount of damage also.

Hi Stelteck
Do you mean that the german player should reduce Air interdiction to "0" in doctrine to prevent losses ?
BTW, how do you choose to improve your air units ? Do you prefer reliability, durability or maneuver ? Are there any planes with more than armor 1 ?
I also think that ground support is randomly sent, you don't choose to throw in your own planes (and it sometimes gives strange results).

What i mean is that you have good control of what you are sending in battle during your turn, but not so much if you are reacting during ennemy turn (interdiction for example).
So during ennemy turn, your raids have a higher probability to be weird (like unescorted bombhers), especially if your air squadrons are already use a lot.
Setting air interdiction to 0 prevent looses, but also prevent air interdiction which is very annoying for your opponent. It is a choice. Test it [:D]

My focus is on building the jagdbomber component from stuka groups (first me 110, later fw-190 ).
Interdiction is performed by high speed bombers ( ju-88 only )the he-111, do-17 are set to night misions during enemy turn, in order not to be sent in interdiction misions . but swithched back to day misions during curent turn to provide ground support.
No airframe replacements are sent to bomber groups, until they drop to 50% toe , at which point some are sent in reserve, while others that do not withdraw are switched to the next bomber model or version .

Just in case you didnt know, you can set all your planes for day/night missions through the commanders report.
