Spain is aligned with CW, but is not conquered so Tangier is a secondary supply source. We play with 'limited overseas supply' so sea supply is out of the question.
So I wonder how the CW units in Morocco could be marked as in supply. [&:]
The fun thing is that these forces has been marked OOS previously during the impulse.
MWIF apparently recalculates the supply correctly if one picks up Franco and press 'esc' because then all the units lack supply.
This is version 2.2.0.

At the same time the CW forces in Alexandria were marked as in supply. But picking up Franco and putting him down again put these units OOS. This is somewhat annoying since these units are in supply should have remained in supply.

Not 100% sure but I guess the CW units in Spanish Morocco can be supplied because Tangier is a Primary source for Franco, who is, after all, a spaniard [;)]. And CW Units co-operate with him.
The units in Alexandria indeed look like they are in supply...
Are they behaving like OOS or do they just have a yellow light on. In my games I often spot units with yellow lights on that disappear when such a unit takes an action.
No. Tangier is a secondary supply source to the Spaniards. Spanish Morocco is a aligned minor country. As long as Spain is not conquered Tangier will remain a secondary supply source. If Spain is conquered and Spanish Morocco is designated the new Spanish home country then the supply status for Tangier would change.

They did indeed behave as OOS units. Restoring the game put the units in supply again so I could complete my moves as planned.

This kind of behaviour by MWIF is troublesome. We've had these kind of bugs in the past and now they seem to be back again. I don't know how Steve fixed these in the past, but he needs to look at these. Problem is, if one restores the game, the supply situation is correctly recalculated. Not good at all...
They are playing with an early-ish version. Perhaps its already been corrected?...I don't seem to be have these problems (2.2.5).
Conflict with the unexpected: two qualities are indispensable; first, an intellect which, even in the midst of this obscurity, is not without some traces of inner light which lead to the truth; second, the courage to follow this faint light. KvC
Here is another example of another weird supply calculation. But it is not from the latest version. I'll try to recreate it using the latest version. However, this will be later this weekend.
