35,66 Euro for shipping?

Hey guys, I ordered WIF, WitW, Lock&Load and Middle East Campaigns as physical copies to Germany and never had to pay 35 Euro for shipping, so why the hell do I NEED to select Fedex Priority Shipping, if I want to order Strategic Command with the manual? Very disappointed about this shipping policy, which seems to have changed since my last order.
