I just picked up this game yesterday and have been unable to locate the "campaigns". Do they exist? If so, where can they be found?

You can find "Campaigns" at the same place you'll find "Mods and Scenarios". Please, see my first reply to your questions.

As I know, there is two kind of "campaigns" in TOTH:

1st type : a single long scenario (> 32 turns for instance) with day turns (8~10 turns in game's terms) and night turns (3~4 turns).
So each day's "action" is linked to the following one.
See "Be my Valentine" (scenario list, 1st page).

2nd type : independent scenarios played chronologically (like John Tiller's Campaign Series' DLCs are).
See rico21's & ASL Men "Campaign to the Reichstag" (same place as above).
Not too much campaigns for TOTH yet, as I could know today, but a lot of them seem to be planned...

Addendum : when unzipped, each scenario or campaign look the same way:

1 .SCN file (or + for a "DLC"),

1 .TXT file (or + for a "DLC").

Simply copy them into the "/Scenarios" game's folder.
