Is there a quick and easy place to learn to edit script and jpeg? For instance, I just want to add my own units and counters. I can do the basic editing on the editor but want to add units and counters.

Each Scenario/campaign as it's own bitmaps.

Start the editor and create a new mod. Save it.

Go to the main folder then "Campaigns", then your mod ("xxx"), then "Bitmaps", then "Major_4". That's where the counter bitmap files are that you have to modify and replace. Edit away but color within the lines.

Unfortunately you have to modify already existing units. A few are not used very often. I modified the AA into a SAM and the Dreadnaught for a mini-sub.

Use the same names as the originals for your new counters .. from what I understand.

That all worked for me.

If someone has a better way I'm all ears..er.. eyes.
